Jay and Annie used to be wild lovers, but 10 years of marriage and two children have dampened their romance. So they decide to film all possible positions for an elaborate sex tape session.

1. Sex Tape

Director Jake Kasdan reunites Bad Teacher stars Cameron Diaz and Jason Segel for this slapstick skin flick, but even they cannot elevate it beyond a generic R-rated comedy. Its central premise is intriguing; an unmarried couple accidentally publishes their homemade sex tape online and spends much of the film trying to retrieve it and salvage their dignity.

Sex Tape features strong chemistry between its leads and plenty of funny moments, but never seems to go anywhere. Some jokes seem flat and outdated; additionally there are too many unnecessary scenes including an extended Apple iPad commercial where filmmakers detail its crystal clear pixel quality camera as well as its impenetrability and durability.

Sex Tape has its share of voyeurism as we observe a married couple act before the camera. Unfortunately, however, this aspect of the movie only plays out briefly as it seems more concerned with getting their sex video back than anything else.

Though creating a sex tape can be enjoyable and exciting, it’s essential that some planning be put in place beforehand. Not only should you pick out an ideal place and time to film, but you should also prepare the set so there are no distractions such as dirty rugs or stacks of take out containers which might spoil the mood. Furthermore, it’s essential that both partners agree whether they wish to show their faces publicly or keep things private, and plan how you will move from position to position with what type of music in the background.

2. The Joy of Sex

Published in 1972 when English-speaking countries began dismantling many Victorian-era taboos around sexual discussion and exploration, The Joy of Sex was among the first mass market books with graphic text and illustrations designed to help readers safely expand their sexual horizons. Organized like a cookbook with sections for „starters” and „main courses”, its author Alex Comfort was an AIDS activist/activist/gerontologist/pacifist writer renowned for introducing oral sex practices such as positions and further out practices without religious stricture or clinical seriousness – an approach he took with an easygoing spirit!

This classic is updated to take into account recent social changes while keeping its quirky style. There is also an equal male/female perspective and 120 new photographs and redrawn illustrations added throughout.

However, they should always strive to do what’s right and avoid harming anyone in any way. Quilliam’s revised edition also updates some of the original edition’s more offensive language–an example being, „the pad of male big toe applied to clitoris or vulva generally is an extraordinarily effective erotic instrument,” for example). Additionally, whole chapters on prostitution were removed while new sections on hormones, sex shops, striptease, and pregnancy related sex were introduced as well as one on pregnancy related sex during gestation were included in his text. She provides an entire chapter on „virtual foreplay,” with tips for using texting, emailing, webcams and teledildonics to build anticipation before real-life action takes place (though she neglected to mention how some employers frown upon such activity during work hours). Still worth a read – who wouldn’t want to learn how to gratify their partner with buttered buns or goldfish?

3. Bad Teacher

Warning: This film contains content which may be considered explicit sexual material and is meant for adults only. It depicts scenes depicting sexual encounters, nudity, drugs use and related language that is only suitable for viewing by mature audiences.

Bad Teacher from Columbia Pictures stars Cameron Diaz as a shallow middle school teacher who doesn’t care much for her students until she discovers she can make big bucks by bribing parents to increase state test scores of her pupils. I highly recommend Bad Teacher; its cast includes Lucy Punch, Justin Timberlake and Jason Segel – it comes to Blu-ray from Sony with great HD video quality as well as fan friendly extra features; this movie makes an enjoyable choice.

4. The Expendables

The Expendables is an action-packed, muscle-bound thriller about mercenary revenge. Avoiding political overtones but showing how body count becomes depersonalized for these hardened veterans is at the core of its message. Director/co-writer Sylvester Stallone and DP Jeffrey Kimball frame the action for maximum kinetic impact and velocity; Franco Giacomo Carbone provides immersive sets and locations, giving The Expendables an intuitive sense of place; Brian Tyler adds his distinctively bombastic score as they add pompous pomp!

Even with its irreverent take on its heroes and genre, the movie can still prove quite captivating. As well as thrilling gun fights and explosions, hand-to-hand combat scenes, and explosive gun fights between characters (Stallone, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Wesley Snipes, Dolph Lundgren and Arnold Schwarzenegger among them) in an action-packed setting, Dolph Lundgren delivers his usual top performance as Arnold. However, at two hours long and with limited scope for action scenes to execute on, The Expendables cannot deliver everything it promises with one action concept alone. While still enjoyable as an action flick, audiences eventually tire of its same formula over multiple movies in this franchise. For extra enjoyment this 1080p Blu-ray offers bonus features including Making of featurette and audio commentary with Stallone and Harry Knowles from Ain’t It Cool News as well as deleted scene featuring Dolph Lundgren telling an incomprehensible joke by Dolph Lundgren himself!

5. The Hangover

The original 'Hangover’ rocked R-rated comedy world with its surprise success and promise of a sequel, yet its arrival has left audiences underwhelmed and disappointed. Though competent movie-going experience remains, its over-the-top, crude sensibilities fail to engage a large theatre audience, while director Todd Phillips falls short in comparison with previous successes.

Warner is finally releasing the DVD and Blu-ray release for The Dark Knight today, nearly six months after its theatrical premiere. The two-disc set features an anamorphic transfer and Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack; bonus features are somewhat limited given its box office haul; but an UltraViolet digital copy – an impressive change compared to how other studios provide digital copies lately – is included as well.
